Board Customer Service Charter
We are very pleased to introduce our new Customer Service Charter.
Our Customer Service Charter is our commitment to our customers and stakeholders, succinctly setting out our approach to quality and appropriate service delivery. It replaces our Communications Statement and sits alongside our Regulatory Approach Statement to help us govern our service delivery, communications and engagement approach.
The Customer Service Charter includes the primary principles from our previous Communications Statement, and as well as demonstrating our commitment to enhanced customer and stakeholder engagement, outlines how we handle our information and privacy obligations.
It will be supported by our new Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Framework, which will be released in the coming weeks. Please see our Stakeholder engagement page for further information.
