Resume or Curriculum Vitae
A brief personal statement (maximum three pages) addressing the selection criteria, in context of the role and business needs of the Board.
The contact details for two (2) work related referees who can attest to the claims made in your written application, preferably one being your current line manager.
Addressing the statement
Bearing in mind the responsibilities and selection criteria of the position, please tell us:
How you would approach the role;
What attributes you possess that are relevant; and
What you have done in the past that gives you confidence you could perform the role effectively.
