Disciplinary Registers

Most Tribunal decisions in respect of disciplinary action taken against legal practitioners by the Committee since 1 January 2005 (when the State Administrative Tribunal was created) are on the Tribunal website under the Decisions Database including the Orders section.

For decisions in respect of disciplinary action by the Committee prior to 1 January 2005 refer to the Disciplinary Outcomes section of the Legal Practice Board website.
