Legal Profession Regulations and Rules
The Legal Profession Regulations 2009 were made by the Governor in Executive Council on 24 February 2009. The Governor also signed a Proclamation so that the substantive provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2008 will come into force on 1 March 2009.
The Regulations will be published in the Government Gazette on Friday 27 February 2009, along with the Legal Profession Rules 2009 and the Legal Profession (Admission) Rules 2009.
